- Day 01: Drive Kathmandu to Mude Bazaar – 4 hrs drive and trek to Lamche Ahal (2300m) – approx 2/3 hrs walk
- Day 02: Trek Lamche Ahal to Khola Kharka (2600m) via Thulo Sailung (3146m) – approx 5/6 hrs walk
- Day 03: Trek Khola Kharka to Doramba Gompa (2100m) – approx 6/7 hrs walk
- Day 04: Trek Doramba to Gurase Bhanjyang (2300m) – approx 6/7 hrs trek
- Day 05: Trek Gurase Bhanjyang to Kafle Damara (1100m) – approx 6/7 hrs trek
