- Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
- Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Syange (1140m) via Besisahar (823m)
- Day 03: Trek from Syange to Dharapani (1,860m)
- Day 04: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2,715m)
- Day 05: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3240m)
- Day 06: Trek from Pisang to Manang (3519m)
- Day 07: Acclimatization day at Manang.
- Day 08: Manang to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m).
- Day 09: Hike to Tilicho Lake (4920m) & return to base camp & trek to Shree Kharka
- Day 10: Sri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4040m)
- Day 11: Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi – High Camp (4,560m)
- Day 12: Trek from Thorong Pedi via Thorong La Pass (5,416m) to Muktinath (3,802m)
- Day 13: Trek from Muktinath to Jomson (2750m) Via Kagbeni
- Day 14: Drive or fly from Jomson to Pokhara (820M) & drive to accommodation
- Day 15: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
- Day 16: International departure from Kathmandu Airport.
